Privacy Policy

Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Final Quote, LLC (“Final Quote,” “FinalQuote,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you request a home-services quote through our websites and landing pages.
Final Quote is a lead-generation marketplace. We are not the contractor or service provider that performs the work, unless we clearly state otherwise. When you submit a request, we may match you with up to three (3) independent service providers, contractors, partners, lead buyers, or marketplace participants (each, a “Provider”).
- Providers are independent businesses. They are not employed or controlled by Final Quote.
- Providers may pay Final Quote for your request, quote, call, appointment, introduction, referral, or a resulting transaction.
- We do not independently verify Providers, and we make no representation that any Provider is licensed, insured, bonded, certified, background-checked, or otherwise qualified. You are responsible for confirming a Provider’s qualifications before hiring.
By using our sites or submitting a request, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms.
Information we collect
When you request a quote or use our sites, we may collect:
- Contact and request details: name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, address or service location, requested service category, project details, your answers to form questions, and availability/scheduling preferences.
- Advertising and attribution data: click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid, and fqtid; UTM parameters; campaign IDs, ad group IDs, and keywords; landing page URL; and referral source.
- Device and technical data: IP address, device and browser information, cookies and similar identifiers, and timestamps.
- Activity and conversion data: page views, form starts, form submissions, calls, clicks, lead status, and related analytics and conversion events.
- Communications: your calls, texts, emails, chat messages, and support requests with us.
We may add photo uploads in the future; that feature is not currently active. Please do not submit sensitive information (for example, government ID numbers, health, or financial account details) in project details unless it is truly necessary for your request.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Take your request and match you with up to three Providers;
- Contact you (and let Providers contact you) about your request;
- Operate, secure, debug, and improve our sites and forms;
- Measure and improve our advertising, including conversion tracking and attribution;
- Prevent fraud and misuse, enforce our Terms, and comply with law;
- Keep business, accounting, and recordkeeping records.
How we share — and sell or share — your information
We share your information, and we may sell or share it, as described here. We do not claim that we never sell or share personal information.
With Providers (up to three). We may share, sell, transfer, license, assign, or otherwise provide the lead information you submit to up to three (3) independent Providers or lead buyers. Providers may pay Final Quote for the lead or a resulting transaction. Providers receive the information you provide so they can contact you about the service you requested. Providers may contact you by phone, text message, email, or other methods about your request. We require Providers not to resell or re-transfer your lead to others; however, Providers are independent businesses, and once they receive your information, their own use is governed by their own policies and applicable law.
With service vendors and partners. We may share information with companies that help us operate, including for: advertising measurement, attribution, and analytics; website hosting and our internal/CRM systems; communications (calls, texts, email, chat); security, fraud prevention, and debugging; and other operational services. This includes Google and similar providers (see “Advertising, analytics, and tracking” below).
For legal and safety reasons. We may share information to comply with law, respond to legal requests, enforce agreements, or protect rights, safety, and security, and in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Under some U.S. state privacy laws, our use of advertising and analytics technologies, and our provision of leads to Providers, may be considered a “sale” of personal information or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. See “Your U.S. state privacy rights.”
Home-service categories
Final Quote helps consumers request quotes across home-service categories, which may include: roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, windows, solar, pest control, moving, water damage, mold, locksmith, and appliance repair; related categories such as painting, flooring, landscaping, remodeling, and general home repair or renovation; and other home-service categories on Final Quote’s active list. Some requests may involve emergency or urgent service needs.
Advertising, analytics, and tracking
We advertise online and measure the performance of our ads and sites. We use, and may share information with vendors for:
- Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager;
- Google enhanced conversions and offline conversion imports, which may involve providing certain conversion data (including hashed identifiers and click IDs such as gclid/gbraid/wbraid/fqtid) to Google to measure and attribute ad performance;
- Cookies, click identifiers, and similar technologies, and session/analytics tools.
We may also use additional advertising platforms in the future. We do not currently use a dedicated call-tracking vendor or third-party fraud-prevention tool. We aim not to place your name, email, phone, or address into URLs, UTM parameters, page paths, or ad-tag fields. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
Your communications and consent to be contacted
When you submit a request, you authorize Final Quote and up to three Providers to contact you about that request by phone, text message, and email using the contact information you provide.
- Text messages may be automated. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
- We do not plan to use autodialing, predictive dialing, prerecorded voice, artificial voice, or AI-voice calls.
- Opt out of texts any time by replying STOP (reply HELP for help). To opt out of other communications, contact us at the addresses below.
- We maintain suppression and opt-out records to honor your requests. Opting out of marketing will not necessarily stop messages that are needed to complete a request you started.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed:
- Lead records: about 24 months.
- Attribution/click data: about 24 months.
- Call recordings (if any): about 12–24 months.
- Suppression / opt-out records: as long as needed to honor your opt-out.
- Accounting, contract, and payment records: about 7 years.
We may keep information longer where required or permitted by law, including for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping.
Security
All of our landing pages and forms use HTTPS. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and we design our forms so that personal information is not transmitted through URL query strings. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16. We do not intend to collect sensitive information; please do not submit it.
Your U.S. state privacy rights (where applicable)
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of certain targeted advertising. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
California (CCPA/CPRA), where applicable. We accept users from all U.S. states, including California, although we do not specifically market to California residents. Because we may sell or share lead information, California residents may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and to limit certain uses. To exercise these rights, use the contact information below.
